Dear MGET users,

We will be demonstrating MGET at the MPA-EBM Tools Knowledge Café on May 19 from 1-5 PM at George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia, USA prior to the International Marine Conservation Conference. A number of other tools will also be demonstrated. Please see the attached brochure. If you are attending IMCC and are interested in marine protected areas or ecosystem based management, the Knowledge Café will be an excellent opportunity to learn about relevant tools.

The format of this event will be similar to a trade show. Each group will have a table with a person or two available to discuss their tool and demonstrate its use on laptop computers. For MGET, we plan to demonstrate habitat modeling scenarios similar to those available on the MGET website, but we are most interested in hearing from attendees about the problems that they face and discussing how MGET could assist with those, or, if it cannot, what tools we might consider developing in the future to address those problems. We hope to see you there. Feel free to forward this message to any interested colleagues.

Best regards,

The MGET Development Team
