I would be happy to help. Can you describe the problem in more detail?

 

As far as we know, MGET will run on 64-bit Windows 7 with ArcGIS 9.3, but it requires that the 32-bit version of Python be installed. This is because MGET has only been released for 32-bit Windows so far. Unfortunately we have been able to test this scenario because we do not have a 64-bit Windows 7 machine at this time. One has been ordered but we will probably not receive it until June.
