Eric, We’re sorry you’re seeing those errors. They result from Windows
security enhancements introduced in Windows Vista that were well-intentioned by
Microsoft but problematic for independent software developers who do not package
their software using the Windows Installer (a.k.a. MSI). For more information, please
see this
recent thread. In short, to solve this, save the MGET installation program
to your desktop and run it again by right clicking on it and selecting Run As
Administrator. The thread I referenced also mentions doing this for the pywin32
package as well, before you install MGET. I am not sure that is necessary for
you because the error messages you sent contain evidence that pywin32 is
installed. However if you are not 100% certain that it is installed properly,
you could also reinstall it using Run As Administrator before reinstalling
