Sorry for the slow response. I was on vacation last week.

We have never seen this problem happen before but should be able to help.
Could you please send me a screen shot of the error message as well as of
the Programs and Features list showing all of the Python programs? Also,
what operating system do you have (sounds like either Windows Vista or
Windows 7)?

I am currently having trouble with downloading the MGET software. I
downloaded
Python 2.5, then downloaded Pywin 2.5, and when I tried to run the MGET
setup,
it said that I already had the software downloaded. I tried following the
steps
to uninstall the program, but when I got to the Programs and Features list
in
my Control Panel, the program was not listed as described "Python 2.5 GeoEco
0.7." I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.
