Subject: | [mget-help] connectivity tool |

Hi there,
I am a phd student at UBC. I am trying to use your coral connectivity tool to look at connectivity between rockfish conservation areas in BC. I've been excited to see if I can get it to work!
I have used a raster of the conservation area as the "reef" and a raster of modeled available adult habitat as the reef cover (with no habitat=0, habitat =1).
The tool has not executed because I haven't got the available habitat raster in the correct format (see error message below). I tried to convert the raster to a floating points using the "Raster to Float" conversion tool, and although it ran successfully, I wasn't able to add the new raster to my project. Can you please give me some suggestions on what I need to do to get it into the correct format?
thanks very much!
Dana
