I’m working through the demo for Modeling species habitat with environmental predictor variables .  I’m running the 5 geoprocessing models from the custom toolbox in ArcCatalog.  Steps 1-3 ran ok, but I get the following error on Step 4 (Create exploratory plots):

SoftwareNotInstalledError: This tool requires R 2.5.0 or a later version, but it is not installed. Please download and install a compatible version from http://www.r-project.org/.

<class 'GeoEco.Dependencies.SoftwareNotInstalledError'>: This tool requires R 2.5.0 or a later version, but it is not installed. Please download and install a compatible version from http://www.r-project.org/.

Failed to execute (Scatterplot Matrix for Table)

I have R 2.12.1 installed on my machine (it’s location is "C:\Program Files\R\R-2.12.1\bin\i386\Rgui.exe").  I tried looking through the model’s input parameters to see if I could specify the directory for R, but had no luck.
