Dear Luca,

I’m sorry you’re having trouble. I should be able to help you with this.

Can you send me a URL to the R repository that is missing the ROCR package? I can see that a Windows binary for R 2.12 exists in the main repository at http://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/contrib/2.12/. Is that what you checked?

I tried R 2.12.0 just now and it worked. But I did notice that the modification time of the ROCR binaries on the server was very recent: 18 July on one server and 19 July on another. Perhaps the binaries were missing until yesterday? Could you try MGET again and see if it works?

If that does not work, then I have another idea. Later today or sometime tomorrow I will release MGET 0.8a27. This version will support R through version 2.13.1. You could try it all again with R 2.13.1.

Best regards,

Jason

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Luca Budello and I am a postgraduate student in Environmental Science at the University of Cambridge.

I am using the MGET ArcGIS toolbox but I am having problem in running the ROC function. Although I have installed R 2.12, as required, the tool does not find the R ROCR package for R. I could not find it either in the R-project repository. Is there any chance you can point me in the right direction?

Regards

Luca
