I am attempting to install the MGET program on my computer (Windows 7
Professional, 64-bit operating system, ArcGIS v.10 with Python v. 2.6
installed in registry) and recieving the following message within the
installation window:


Running the pre-installation script failed
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<string>", line 85, in <module>
RuntimeError:

The MGET setup program cannot install MGET for you because your
user account is not a local administrator on this computer. MGET can
only be installed by administrators. Please get help from a colleague
who has an administrator account.


However, I am logged into the computer as an administrator. Do you
have any possible solutions for this?
