Hey,
Thanks for your quick answer! Yes, at least I would find Spearman's rho and also Kendall's tau relatively useful, since they are better with non-parametric data. I'm an archaeologist, and most of our materials doesn't work that well with Spearman correlation, I don't know how it is in biosciences and elsewhere.
At the moment I'm working with predictive modelling of archaeological sites in SW Kenya, and will definitively praise your software in the paper to be written, it works really nicely with my material!
Greetings,
Oula

Dear Oula,
It calculates Pearson correlation coefficients. We will update our documentation to indicate that.
A while ago, we considered making the correlation method a configurable option but never got around to it. It would be easy for us to add support for Spearman's rho and Kendall's tau. Is that something that would be useful to you?
Best regards,
Jason

Subject: [mget-help] Spearman or Pearson correlation?
Hey,
I'd like to ask, if the "Scatterplot Matrix for Table" function calculates the Spearman Rho or Pearson correlation values? I have not been able to find this from the documentation... I would imagine Spearman?
Greetings,
Oula Seitsonen
