Hello Pascal, I’m sorry you’re encountering this problem. MGET does work on ArcGIS 10 and Windows 7. Which version of MGET are you trying? The error message suggests you are trying MGET 0.7. That version is not compatible with ArcGIS 10. Please try MGET 0.8; the latest version on the website is usually the best bet.
