Dear Kendra,
I'm sorry you're having trouble. That is an unusual error message. MGET's
Python scripts should be installed in C:\Program
Files\GeoEco\ArcGISToolbox\Scripts.
I'm not sure why they are in the My Toolboxes\Scripts folder. Did you copy
them there? (i.e., did you go to the Catalog Tree, then drill into
Toolboxes, My Toolboxes and copy them there?) I am not sure that will work.
The normal way to access them is through the ArcToolbox window. That may be
accessed by clicking the ArcToolbox Window button on the toolbar (it has a
picture of a red toolbox on it).
The other possibility is that there is an installation problem. If you
suspect one, please check these detailed installation instructions:
http://mgel.env.duke.edu/mget/download/ Note that these are from our new
website which is under construction and not yet ready for general use. The
installation instructions are complete though.
Finally, for an example of habitat modeling, see here:
http://code.nicholas.duke.edu/projects/mget/wiki/HabitatModeling
Best regards,
Jason

Subject: [mget-help] ERROR 000576- GLMFitToArcGISTable failed to execute
Hi MGET team,
I am a new users to the MGET toolbox. My goal is to create a habitat
suitability model, so far I have habitat data (specific habitat and distance
to those habitats) and abundance by life history layers for specific
targets. I am at the point where I am trying to Fit the GLM model, and I a
getting an
error:
ERROR 000576: Script associated with this tool does not exist.
Failed to execute (GLMFitToArcGISTable)
FYI: it looks as if the script is located in -->
C:\Users\Kendra\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.0\ArcToolbox\My
Toolboxes\Scripts\GLMFitToArcGISTable.py
Any help navigating this would be great... as well as the steps to a
successful model.
Thanks again!
cheers,
Kendra
