Thanks for trying out the random forests tool.

 

This is a strange error, coming from R. I’m not immediately sure why Summary.factor is being called during the prediction step. Could you please enable verbose logging (instructions here), reproduce the problem, and email me the complete output?

Hi,

Im trying to use your tool for a RF analysis but once i reach the "Predict Random Forest with Raster" i get this error:

  min not meaningful for factors

Any clues on how i can go around this issue?
