Unfortunately we do not have step by step instructions yet. The good news is
that the improved algorithm we've been developing since 2009 is ready to put
into MGET, and you can read details of this in the following paper. We plan
to introduce this into MGET in January (it was supposed to be sooner but I
could not finish it before a new baby arrived in my family.)
