Dear Machendiranathan, Could you please send me the HDF header file? Although I cannot say for sure without seeing the header file, I suspect you will not be able to use this 250m NDVI data with ArcGIS in a straightforward manner. My guess is that you are using a composite of MODIS L2 images. If that is true, it will not be possible to directly produce a raster that ArcGIS can properly georeference. I recently discussed this problem here with someone who wanted to use MERIS L2 data. Please review that discussion. In short: L2 data are satellite swaths. ArcGIS cannot georeference these as rasters, only as points, at least as far as I know. I wrote a script that can read L2 data in HDF-EOS format, so long as the HDF file includes complete latitude and longitude variables. The script is slow, although it runs much faster on ArcGIS 10.1. When it is complete, you must interpolate your own raster using the ArcGIS Spatial Analyst tools. If you are interested in this script, I can send it to you. Best regards, Jason From: MaChEnDiRaNaThAn M [mailto:] Respected Sir, corner So, please help me....to find.
* Thanking you
