Dear Lucas,

We’re glad you are pleased with MGET. We hope it is useful to you.

I apologize, but I don’t understand what you are trying to do. Could you please describe it a bit more?

If you need to move raster data from ArcGIS into Matlab, you can use the Raster to ASCII tool built into ArcGIS, under Conversion Tools toolbox à From Raster. Then in Matlab use the arcgridread function to read it.

If you have many rasters and therefore need to execute Raster to ASCII many times, you can use ArcGIS’s batch processing capability from the Model Builder. You will need to read the ArcGIS documentation for more about that.

Best regards,

Jason

Colleagues of MGET,

I am very pleased with the Marine Geospatial Ecology potential of Tools, congratulations for the great work.
My doubt is: how to build tables to process a group of data, for example, I'm working with thermal fronts and trying to relate these fronts obtained by Pathfinder data with anomaly of chlorophyll.
Would you like a table of data from oceanographic fronts and converts them to a format that matlab can read easily, such as HDF.

thank you, and again by my parabnes excellent tool.
