Brian,

I'm sorry you're seeing this problem. You do need to be a local administrator to install MGET. Sounds like that is not the issue though. Perhaps you do not have full admin rights somehow. What happens when you right click on the installation program and select Run As Administrator? (The program is supposed to trigger that action automatically but perhaps that is broken..?)
