Hi Daniella,
Thanks for clarifying. No, you should not need to reinstall MGET or install
any patches for the NASA GSFC OceanColor tools to work.
I just ran a test of those tools now and did not encounter any problems. As
far as I can tell, NASA has not changed their query system recently (the
problem that you originally referenced happened about a year ago). Perhaps
you are encountering a different problem. Could you please send me the
complete output of the tool from ArcGIS? I can help you figure out what is
going on.
Thanks,
Jason

Hi Jason
Sorry for the confusion. I wrote this late last night and had meant to say
MGET - I woke up this morning and realised my mistake.
Yes, my problem is with MGET. The version I was using is the new version - I
only downloaded it last week. Should I still reinstall it? Are there any
patches that I should be using to resolve the issue of 'NASA just changed
their query system in a way that broke MGET' ?.
Thanks so much for you assistance with this.
Kind regards, Daniella.
