Dear Rajashree, Under the ArcToolbox window, go to MGET à Data Products à Brigham Young University … à Convert SIR File à To ArcGIS Raster, as shown below. Use the tool called Convert SIR File to ArcGIS Raster. If you need some metadata about a file, you can use the Extract SIR File Header tool.
