Dear MGET-help,
I'm working as an intern under Dr Kerry Howell at the University of Plymouth
in the UK and am trying to apply to connectivity analysis tool to deep-sea
sponge habitats off the coast of Scotland. I only have an older version of
MGET (0.8a27) available (and don't want to update it as I am using a communal
computer) on ArcGIS9, which doesn't allow me to download the HYCOM files far
enough north, so I am using Aviso global currents.
The download using OpenDAP appears to be fine - however, when it reaches the
"Processing ArcGIS raster" from the Aviso Currents folder into the Currents
folder within the directory, the program freezes (although the green bar at
the top keeps moving). I left it overnight to see if it would resume, but
nothing happened. Do you have any suggestions?
