Dear MGET users,

As you may know, ArcGIS 10.2.2 was released recently, only three months after 10.2.1. To use either of these versions of ArcGIS, you must have MGET 0.8a54 or later.

If ArcGIS 10.2.1 and MGET 0.8a54 are installed on your machine, you may upgrade ArcGIS to 10.2.2 and continue to use MGET 0.8a54. 0.8a54 appears to work with 10.2.2 without a problem.

If ArcGIS 10.2.2 is installed but MGET is not and you want to install it, you should download MGET 0.8a55, now available from the MGET website. Although MGET 0.8a54 is compatible with ArcGIS 10.2.2, its installer will fail when 10.2.2 is installed. The 0.8a55 installer works correctly with 10.2.2.

MGET 0.8a55 also includes compatibility with the latest version of R (3.1.0) and fixes several minor bugs. As usual, if you wish to upgrade your existing version of MGET to it, you should uninstall your existing version from the Windows Control Panel before installing the new one.
