Dear Jason,
I am trying to run the coral reef larval connectivity tool on some reefs in the Mediterranean. I am having trouble loading Aviso currents into the simulation with the following error:
RuntimeError: Failed to open URL http://opendap.aviso.oceanobs.com/thredds/dodsC/dataset-duacs-dt-ref-medsea-merged-madt-uv-daily with OPeNDAP. The operation was retried for 120 seconds without success. Verify that the URL is correct. If it is, check that the server is operating properly and that your computer can connect to it. If necessary, contact the server's operator for assistance. If the server and network are operating properly, this problem could be a programming error in this tool. If you suspect one, contact the author of this tool for assistance. Error details: Exception: Unable to parse token: <!DOCTYPE
Failed to execute (CoralReefConnectivityLoadAvisoGeostrophicCurrentsIntoSimulation).

I checked the OPeNDAP URL for the data and suspect that the file nomenclature may have changed with the new DUACS 2014 products (/thredds/dodsC/dataset-duacs-dt-medsea-twosat-madt-uv). Can you suggest a workaround for this?
