Hi Lisa, I can help you with this problem. It looks like MGET is failing is in some code called the “pre-install script”. This code checks some things that would prevent
the installation from succeeding. If any of those checks fail, the installation does not continue and you’re supposed to get a more descriptive message of the problem. Unfortunately it looks like the part of the script that was supposed to generate a descriptive
message did not work. There are two main things to check: 1.
Is your Windows user account an administrator on the machine? 2.
