Isabel, I would recommend uninstalling all versions of R (go to Windows Control Panel
à Programs and Features), then install just R 3.1.1. If 3.1.2 is still on the machine, it might be

Hello Jason, Thank you for your reply. I did have MGET 0.8a56 and R 3.1.2. I tried installing R. 3.1.1 instead but it still gives me the following error: "SoftwareNotInstalledError: This tool requires R 2.12.0 or a later version, but it is not installed.
