Hello Angelika,
Paul and I continued the conversation outside of the mget-help list. For better or worse, he was not able to reproduce the problem. When he tried again later, it worked. I just tried it myself and it worked. My guess is that the PO.DAAC server was down, which happens occasionally.
If you can reproduce it, can you please enable verbose logging (instructions here), reproduce it, and copy the complete output of the ArcGIS geoprocessing window into an email to me? That will help diagnose the root problem.
Best,
Jason

Hello, I encountered a similar problem to the one Paul Jameson reported on 28 October 2015.
I downloaded MGET and installed it on my computer into ArcGIS 10.3. I have the pywin32-219 2.7 package installed and downloaded the MCR 7.7. When I try to run the "Find Cayula-Cornillon Fronts in PO.DAAC MODIS L3 SST" tool, I get an error: "ValueError: The key and value do not match: the key describes an array of size 3775680, but the value is an array of size 0.".
Have you found a solution?
Thank you and have a great night,
Angelika Aleksieva
