Dear Zulfikar,
Thanks for your interest in MGET. You have to supply the "reef ID" and "water
mask" rasters yourself. The reef ID rasters would come from a map of coral
reefs. One possible source of those data are
http://data.unep-wcmc.org/datasets/1. The water mask can be digitized from a
map of shorelines (e.g. https://www.soest.hawaii.edu/pwessel/gshhg/) or a
bathymetry raster.
