Thanks for your interest in MGET. Unfortunately the cookbook is a large chunk of work and we have not been able to secure funding to develop it.
It is a real challenge to find money explicitly for tool development. We’ve been able to keep MGET going by piggybacking it in a limited way on research grants, allowing for ongoing maintenance and occasional new development. I anticipate we’ll be able to continue that indefinitely. But we’re still in search of funding for major updates, including to documentation.
If there is something specific you are looking for I might be able to direct you to an example.
