Dear Marie-Noëlle,
I’m sorry for your troubles. I’m not sure what is happening. MGET reads the R installation and version information from the Windows registry. In general, if you install R with its default options, the R installer will write this information into the registry. Thus MGET should attempt to use the version of R that you have most recently installed. Perhaps if there was a problem with that process—that the removal of R 3.2.5 followed by installation of 3.2.3 did not result in 3.2.3 being stored in the registry as the most recent installed version.
The simplest way to fix this might be to uninstall your existing copy of MGET and install MGET 0.8a64 available on the MGET website. This version is compatible with R 3.3.0. MGET 0.8a65 is compatible with R 3.3.1 but has not been posted to the main web page, owing to a problem we’re having with the WordPress backend for that page. You can get it for ArcGIS 10.1-10.4.1 from here. Finally, R 3.3.2 was released yesterday. MGET 0.8a66 will add compatibility for that version. I will release 0.8a66 later this month, once we can finally sort out the WordPress problem.
Best,

Hi,
I try to use FIT GAM on MGET 0.8a61 (ArcGIS 10.0) and this warning appear. I uninstall 3.2.5 R version and replace by 3.2.3 and re-start my computer, but this message appear again. Is it possible to set R version somewhere on the application?
Thank you.
