Hi Kevin,
NASA OceanColor recently switched to require downloads to occur with https instead of http. This broke MGET’s ability to download OceanColor data with MGET 0.8a65 and earlier. The problem is fixed in MGET 0.8a66. If you don’t have that, please uninstall your current version and try 0.8a66. If that doesn’t work, please let me know and we’ll look at other possibilities.

Hello,
I am using the “Create Climatological Rasters for NASA Ocean Color L3 SMI Product” and am trying to download climatological rasters based off the NASA ocean color chlorophyll-a data (L3 8-day binned 9km resolution), but am getting this error: “[Errno 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connect host has failed to respond.” I’m not sure if this is a problem with the server not connecting or if there is an issue with the script for the MGET tool. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks! Kevin
