Dear Doaa,
I am not sure what happened here. It appears that two problems happened. First, the removal of MGET failed to delete the C:\Program Files\GeoEco directory. This is not surprising because a bug in Python itself (described here) prevents MGET from deleting that directory during the removal process. Because of that, the MGET installer checks for the directory when you install MGET and gives the option of removing it. Here we have the second problem: it appears that the installer could not successfully remove that directory.
I recommend the following procedure:
1. Make sure you are logged into your computer as a user that is an Administrator. 2. Close all ArcGIS programs. 3. Remove MGET from the Windows Control Panel. Ignore any errors you see there. 4. Using Windows Explorer, delete the C:\Program Files\GeoEco directory yourself. 5. Install MGET again.
Best regards,
