Dear sir,
I’m sorry this error occurred. It indicates that MGET was unable to itself with the Windows COM Automation system. This will only be a problem if you are planning to use MGET from a programming language other than Python. That is a very rare situation.
If you are planning to use MGET from ArcGIS, you can ignore this error. However if there are other errors that occurred, they may indicate a problem with using MGET from ArcGIS. I suggest you try MGET from ArcGIS and see what happens.
