Hi Faheem,
R does not need to be in a particular folder. My guess is that R 2.9 is so old now that we accidentally changed something that makes MGET incompatible with it. I would suggest trying again with a newer version of R. Uninstall 2.9 and try 3.4.0 for example.
Another concern is that we must release a new version of MGET each time a new version of R is released. This means that older versions of MGET are sometimes not compatible with the newest versions of R. If you can tell me which version of MGET you have I can suggest the latest version of R that it will work with.

Hi,
I am using Arc GIS 10.3 and already installed Marine Geospatial Ecology Tools and incorporated in ArcMap but when I am trying to run Random Forest it is giving an error.
I am have installed R 2.9 as well but the error is the same.
Do I need to path R in a particular folder etc???
