I can try to help you with this. Thanks for the screenshot. I can see there is a red X next to the NetCDF file parameter. What does ArcGIS say when you hover the mouse over the red X?

This is Jessie Ko from Taiwan. I just downloaded and installed MGET in ArcGIS10.4. Although the MGET toolbax is shown in ArcToolbox, all functions can not be used. Please see the attachment.
How can I fix this problem and get the MGET start?
