Hello Trevor,

I can help you sort this out. Usually, if background geoprocessing is not the cause of this problem, it occurs because an additional copy of Python has been installed on the machine besides the one that ArcGIS itself installs. Did you install Python yourself, and if so, did you install it before or after installing ArcGIS? Or are you not sure about either question? All answers are ok but will determine our next course of action...

Thanks,

Jason

Subject: [mget-help] MGET error

Hello,

I just installed MGET and am running ArcDesktop10.6 and python 2.75, I am attempting to run the convert binary raster to ArcGIS raster tool and am getting the following error: ImportError: No module named _GeoEcoArcGISHelper (also see attached). I have tried uninstalling and then reinstalling MGET as well as disabling background geoprocessing so based on this email chain I found (https://lists.nicholas.duke.edu/sympa/arc/mget-help/2018-06/msg00002.html) I assume it is an install issue. You mentioned to contact you for more information if this was the case.

Thank you,

Trevor
