I am interested in potentially using the MGET toolbox in combination with R and ROMS to model larval circulation in the Northern Bering and Chukchi Seas. I just took the a Satellite Data short workshop with the West Coast Node ERDAP team (https://coastwatch.pfeg.noaa.gov/).

I started exploring your MGET website, downloaded the program and activated the toolbox, and looked at the powerpoints. I tried to start with the example ArcGIS tutorial (http://mgel2011-kvm.env.duke.edu/mget/2013/12/27/species-distribution-modeling-workshops-in-nz/) but nothing really appears when I open these documents in the Map nor Catelog.

Could you please provide a little more guidance? Maybe I'm a total novice but these directions aren't getting anything for me.

" To run the models yourself, start ArcCatalog, navigate to the 2013_12_NZ\Exercise folder, open the Toolbox, drill into the Step 1 toolset, and edit the Step 1a model. When the model diagram opens, click the Model drop-down menu, and then Run Entire Model. When the model is complete, close the diagram (it does not matter if you save the changes), and repeat this procedure for all of the following models of the toolbox in succession." 

The Steps don't have any model diagrams or dropdown menus. Its just blank space with the Step Title.
