Dear Monia,
I believe that by default the Aviso products from CMEMS are centered on the 180th meridian, in the Pacific Ocean. So the coordinates may range from 0 to 360. Longitudes 54 W to 50 W correspond to 306 and 310 in that system. So you could try those coordinates, or, alternatively, put in -180 for the Rotate By parameter. This will recenter the data on the Prime Meridian, so the coordinates will range from -180 to 180. Then you could use -54 to -50.
