Dear Moein,
I’m sorry to say that MGET’s HDF conversion tool only works with HDF4, not HDF5, at least the version of it that you can access through ArcGIS. Eventually we hope to update it to support HDF5 but we don’t have the resources to do this at present.
Recent versions of ArcGIS can read HDF5 directly. I recommend you try looking at the .h5 file with ArcCatalog and see if it gives want you want. I was able to view the file:
although it came out upside-down, so it would need some additional processing.
To convert HDF5 to GIS-compatible raster formats, I recommend using the command line tool gdal_translate from the Geospatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL). MGET includes a copy of GDAL, although it is a fairly old version. Still, it is able to read that file (see below). Please see the GDAL documentation for more information about using gdal_translate.
