Hi Carrie,
I am sorry it is taking so long to update the NASA Ocean Color tool to work
with NASA's new security infrastructure. The virus has indeed impacted my
ability to work on this, as I am not able to work at 100% and higher priority
stuff has been taking all of my time. This will continue until at least
mid-May.
I may have an alternative that could help. As part of some modeling work
we're doing, I added support for the
OCEANCOLOUR_GLO_CHL_L4_REP_OBSERVATIONS_009_082 dataset from Copernicus. You
can learn more about that dataset at the following link (note: Duke's
anti-malware system may rewrite this link, making it long and inscrutable; my
apologies, I cannot disable this behavior of my email system):
https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://resources.marine.copernicus.eu/?option=com_csw&task=results*option=com_csw&view=details&product_id=OCEANCOLOUR_GLO_CHL_L4_REP_OBSERVATIONS_009_082__;Pw!!OToaGQ!6FfHdnwuqYZrMBO7r2H1-35wU5T4QswnKuVRnBCScHudJ0m7zymPlmzxR1UeFgRUSmHo9uTl$
If those data would help, I can send you a preliminary build of MGET 0.8a73
that contains a tool for accessing those data, in a very similar fashion to
the NASA Ocean Color tool.
Best,
Jason
