Dear Tasia,
It may be that the MGET installer did not add the toolbox to your ArcToolbox list for some reason. Please try the instructions for doing this manually here and let me know how it goes.

Hello, I've downloaded and installed the MGET package, I have Python 2.7. I installed the MATLAB freeware v. 2007b, and I'm running Arc 10.8. Unfortunately, even with all my extensions turned on I still can't get the tool to show up in the toolbox...any suggestions?
