Dear Jiang Nan,
I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Currently, we are using the service box.com to distribute the MGET installer. Duke University has a university-wide contract with them allowing researchers to utilize their service. We have not heard from anyone else of problems downloading from there.
The file you want is probably the installer for Python 2.7. It is available at https://duke.app.box.com/v/mget-08a75-py27
Is that the location you are attempting to download from?

Hello Sir,
I am a graduate student from Ocean University of China. I am trying to incorporate connectivity into the planning of marine reserves and MGET is very effective. But when I click on the download link on your website I always get the message that the response time is too long, is the installation file too big? I am frustrated and would appreciate any help.
