Dear sir or madam,
The MGET installer must be run by a user account that is in Administrators group. The error message “Failed to start elevated process” suggests the account is not, and the error “5” on Windows usually means “Access is denied”. Usually a different message is returned rather than this one, but it probably still means that the user account is not an Administrator. You can try right-clicking on the MGET-0.8a75.win32-py2.7 installation program and selecting “Run as Administrator”. (I am sorry, I don’t know how to write that in Chinese.)

Dear Marine Geospatial Ecology Lab: I'm so sorry for disturbing you, but I meet some problems in installing the Marine Geospatial Ecology Tools, which provided by you. When I run the program "MGET-0.8a75.win32-py2.7", my computer warns a mistake that "fail to start elevated process(execute return 5)", thereby I can't step in the installing process. I would appreciate it if you can give me a reply to solve this problem.
