Dear Fabio,
The problem is that NASA made a change to how it hosts these data and MGET 0.8 can no longer access them without being updated to NASA's change. I apologize, but we are no longer able to update MGET 0.8. However, we do have MGET for ArcGIS Pro now, which you can download from https://github.com/jjrob/MGET. It includes the GHRSST L4 tool you are using for MGET 0.8, and it can access the GHRSST OISST_UHR_NRT-GOS-L4-MED-v2.0 dataset. I hope this can work for you.
