Hello, I am trying to use the "create lines from vector component rasters tool and I am getting the following error message (pasted screenshot below): Executing: ArcGISLinesFromVectorComponentRasters "U ROMS\U4dec" "V ROMS\V4dec" M:\GSturgeon\VCR4dec.shp 800 Start Time: Thu Aug 25 16:06:20 2011 Running script ArcGISLinesFromVectorComponentRasters... Creating lines in M:\GSturgeon\VCR4dec.shp from vector component rasters U ROMS\U4dec and V ROMS\V4dec. ValueError: The X components grid has a different extent than the Y components grid. Please provide grids that have the same extent. <type 'exceptions.ValueError'>: The X components grid has a different extent than the Y components grid. Please provide grids that have the same extent. Failed to execute (ArcGISLinesFromVectorComponentRasters). Failed at Thu Aug 25 16:06:21 2011 (Elapsed Time: 1.00 seconds) I have made sure that the two component grids are the same extent, same cell sizes, etc. In fact they were both made in the exact same way using a process that I put together in model builder. So they should be identical. I'm not sure what to try next. Please advise. Thanks! David David D.
