Hi Patrick,

This message indicates there was an installation problem. The most common cause of it was the machine having a previous version of ArcGIS and MGET on it. Here is an email of a prior discussion of it. Can you please read my explanation to Mr. Barmawi and see if either of those situations might apply to you? Please let me know.

I'm very new to using Marine Geospatial Ecology Tool and every time I run a tool I get the error message from the arctoolbox window <type 'exceptions ImportError'> No module named - GeoEcoArcGIS helper. I'm using arcgis 10 in windows xp sp3, 32 bit platform.
What's could be the issue here, please help!
