Hi Bryan,
Yes that message, when it ends with "timed out" means that the server is not responding. HYCOM has been upgrading their server and network infrastructure for the past couple of months and it has not gone entirely smoothly. Give it another try. If it keeps failing, let me know and we can follow up with their sysadmin.

I have been trying to create a climatological raster using the MGET tool 'Create Climatological Rasters for HYCOM GLBa0.08 Equatorial 4D Variable'. Attached is the text from the tool's dialog after failing. It looks like the server is not responding, but I can't say for sure. Any advice would be much appreciated.
