Hi David,
Thanks for your interest in MGET. I can help you get this working.
When this happens, the usual problem is that R's keys are missing from the
Windows registry. MGET uses those to determine which version of R to use and
its location. Please try uninstalling R and installing it again. In its
installer, be sure to leave enabled the option for writing the registry keys.
Note that the latest version of R is now 3.1.0. To use that version, you need
MGET 0.8a55. Just uninstall 0.8a54 and install 0.8a55 either before or after
you install R (the order of the installation of R and MGET does not matter).
If that does not work, please let me know and I'll send a script that will
allow us to diagnose the issue further.
Best,
Jason

Subject: [mget-help] Mget not finding R installation
Hello,
I am running the "Calculate Species Diversity Index for Polygons" tool in
MGET 0.8a54, in ArcMap 10.2. I have R installed (v 3.0.2) but the tool
crashes and indicates that R is not installed. Is this a 10.2 issue, or I
there a step I missed that connects ArcMap to R in some way?
Thanks for your help.
