Hello,
I am running the "Calculate Species Diversity Index for Polygons" tool in MGET 0.8a54, in ArcMap 10.2. I have R installed (v 3.0.2) but the tool crashes and indicates that R is not installed. Is this a 10.2 issue, or I there a step I missed that connects ArcMap to R in some way? Thanks for your help.
