Dear Jorge,

I'm sorry I have not been able to respond until now.

Internally the MGET tool is calling Zonal Geometry As Table from the ArcGIS
Spatial Analyst extension. It is that tool that is failing and complaining
that it cannot build the attribute table. Could you try running that tool
manually with the same parameters:

D:\EBSA\ReefData\reef_ids
Value
D:\EBSA\ReefData\reef_geometry.dbf
25000.0

and see what happens? If it fails, it might give more of a clue as to why, or
at least isolate the failure to not being in MGET. If it succeeds and you can
still reproduce the problem with the MGET tool, could you please enable
verbose logging (see URL below), reproduce the problem with MGET, and send me
the complete output? Also, if it is not too much trouble, could you please
send the 3 rasters? (If they are more than 20 MB total, could you please use
some service like Dropbox? I can't receive more than 20 MB attachments.)

Please note that we are having a problem with our code.env.duke.edu server
right now that is causing intermittent problems. Our sysadmin is out for a

I'm trying to conduct a connectivity analysis using the Coral reef
conectivity tool box. However, when attempting to create the coral reef
connectivity simulation from the raster files I get the following errors:

ERROR 010419: Unable to build the attribute table of
D:\EBSA\ReefData\reef_ids as required by the operation.

ERROR 010024: Error during conversion.
Failed to execute (ZonalGeometryAsTable).
ArcGISError: The ArcGIS ZonalGeometryAsTable_sa geoprocessing tool failed
when given the parameters (*args=('D:\\EBSA\\ReefData\\reef_ids', 'Value',
'D:\ \EBSA\\ReefData\\reef_geometry.dbf', 25000.0)) and reported ExecuteError:
ERROR 010419: Unable to build the attribute table of
D:\EBSA\ReefData\reef_ids as required by the operation.

The 3 rasters have equal resolution, extent and UTM projection and are 1-band
32-Bit signed integer, so ArcGIS should not have problems building attribute
tables from them? The "build raster attribute table" from Data Management
works just fine on them.

Any help greatly appreciated!
