Hi Jason/anyone who can help J

We have been trying to use the ‘Simulate Larval Dispersal’ tool , and have successfully completed step 1 (Create larval dispersal simulation from ArcGIS rasters) and have since been attempting to load currents data (specifically either the HYCOM GLBa0.08, or the OSCAR currents), however these have not worked so far due to an issue with connecting to the servers.  I am getting our IT folk to check it’s not an issue with our firewalls blocking access (I work for a research institute in Northern Ireland which has its internet through the NI Gov servers, so it’s high security and blocks many sites) but I wanted to check that the addresses used in the tool are up-to-date?

Specifically these are:

http://tds.hycom.org/thredds/dodsC/glb_analysis

and

http://thredds.jpl.nasa.gov/thredds/dodsC/ocean_circulation/FOR_LAS_ALL_OSCAR_L4_OC_third-deg_FOR_LAS.nc

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards,

Annika
