Hello
I used two expressions for pass a raster of SST of convert my floating-point raster into an integer raster for run of algoritme cayula cornillon, using the tool in MGET analysis oceanographic. ( product mur-JPL-L4-GLOB-V4.1).
Int (inputRaster / 0.01)
int (inputRaster / 0.05)
It found the fronts but doing a compárate with the raster of SST and the fronts that found the tool
"find Cayula-CornillonFronts in GHRSST L4 SST" in the same date it detect less fronts.
QUESTIONS
1 If exist other equation for pass my floating-point raster into an integer raster that do not reduce the identification of the fronts.
2. exist the possibility of run directly the algoritme Cayula-Cornillon since STUDY R, please can you show me how to call the functions from R using the package rphython
