Dear MGET team,

I would like to ask about a problem that I faced with the MGET.

I use MGET-0.8a68.win32-py2.7.exe with ArcGIS 10.1, Python 2.7.2 and R 3.0.3 and I have not faced any problem.

Today I tried to install the same MGET on another laptop which has ArcGIS 10.4.1 and Python 2.7.14 by following the normal procedure as described in the site: http://mgel2011-kvm.env.duke.edu/mget/download/

Although it was installed without problem in the ArcGIS toolbox when I try to open any toolbox of the MGET it cannot automatically read the data and has this warning sign (image_1).

Even if I put the data manually, it does not do anything and produces this sign (image_2)

I tried several times to uninstall and re-install (e.g. with another python version etc) but without success.

Have you ever faced any similar problem or know why this happens?
